Bemana is searching for a Lead Generator Installer in Gulf Breeze, FL to join the team of Veteran Owned and Operated power generation service company.
Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting the installation of home standby generators.
- Disconnecting utility power, rewiring meters and panels, and installing transfer switches and generators
- Represent the company to customers, serving as the primary point of contact during the installation process
- Create installation plans using drawings, pictures, and proprietary methods and tools
- Install, remove, and replace wire (typically up to 4/O) and conduit (PVC up to 3”), including all fittings and fasteners
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to effect all necessary required installation support
- Build and submit purchase orders for job supplies based on installation plan, and manage in stock inventory
- Manage all assigned tools and equipment, including vehicle, trailer, and large power tools
- Troubleshooting of generator, transfer switch, fuel system, and associated electrical components and wiring
Experience/ Abilities
- Five (5) years electrical contracting experience required; electrical license or degree preferred
- Two (2) years experience managing or leading teams in a field setting
- Standby, backup generator installation experience and/or certification
- Ability to read and follow technical bulletins, datasheets, and troubleshooting procedures
- Excellent communication and customer management skills
