Bemana is searching for a Customer Service Representative for an independent insurance agency with offices in Metairie and Mandeville, LA.
Qualifications
•Requires Personal Lines Insurance License (Personal Lines and/or P&C)
•Enrollment in education program
•Must maintain license through continuing education
•Computer literacy
•Basic knowledge word processing (MS Word)
Responsibilities
•Establish and maintain producer and client confidence
•Individual performance and team work contribution to achieve maximum unit productivity without errors and omissions
•Answer incoming calls and handle customer requests
•Issue evidences of insurance, auto I.D. cards
•Handle daily correspondence through AMS form letters or compose letter for approval of AE/Manager
•Send endorsement requests to company
•When received, check endorsements for accuracy and forward to insured
•Work daily mail
•Activity (suspense) documentation and follow-up
•Run MVR’s, Clue, Score, etc
•Assist Account Executive as needed
•Enter applications and/or schedules in AMS
•Be available for possible cross-training
•Handle special projects as assigned

•Flex Fridays (26 Fridays per year – every other Friday off) begins after 90 days of employment
