Bemana is searching for a skilled Parts Coordinator to join a well-established building solutions company.
This company is a trusted infrastructure partner supporting commercial, industrial and mission critical HVAC, Power and Boiler system applications.

Duties:
- Ability to manage the warehouse and inventory systems
- Ship and receive orders daily
- Work with Accounts Receivable on billing
- Carry out all work related to parts warranty issues
- Be able to research, order, obtain purchase orders, and authorizations
- Collaborate with assigned Service Manager as needed, for scheduling service manpower for day to day operations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Two (2) years experience in Parts and/or Service field
- Ability to operate a fork lift
- Associates Degree, preferred
- Prior experience in the industrial HVAC service industry and mechanical aptitude a plus
