Bemana is seeking a Site Support Representative to support our client’s largest aerospace manufacturing customer in Mesa, AZ. As the primary on-site representative, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by managing inventory, supporting the CribMaster vending system, processing orders, and providing outstanding customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working with both customers and inventory operations.
Position Offers:

Responsibilities
- Serve as our client’s primary on-site contact for the customer.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide day-to-day support.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages that could impact production.
- Receive, stock, replenish inventory, and perform cycle counts.
- Support and maintain the CribMaster vending system.
- Manage inventory transactions between CribMaster and Prophet 21 (P21).
- Use Excel to track inventory trends, identify usage spikes, and proactively address potential issues.
- Create quotes, process customer orders, and assist with order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory, customer service, operations, supply chain, or inside sales.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and basic data analysis.
- ERP experience required (Prophet 21 preferred).
- CribMaster or similar inventory management system experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the customer facility.
- Perform physical tasks including receiving, stocking, replenishing inventory, and conducting cycle counts.
- Work is performed full-time on-site at a large aerospace manufacturing facility, including warehouse and production environments.
- Frequent interaction with customers and cross-functional Stellar team members.
- Fast-paced environment requiring strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Must comply with all customer safety, security, and workplace policies while on-site.
