Bemana is looking for an OEM Account Manager for a global leader in specialized electric motor solutions for small and large complex electric motor applications.

This role is responsible for managing strategic Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts, developing long-term relationships, and driving the growth of our electric motor solutions within key OEM customer segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, account management, and knowledge of electric motor applications across various industries.

Position offers:

  • Pay: $100k-$120k base + bonuses. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Grow existing OEM accounts and hunt for new OEM accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM accounts.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and margin goals.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product integration within existing OEM platforms.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, and manufacturing teams to meet customer requirements and timelines.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.

  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and guide product development.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for senior management.

  • Participate in industry trade shows, customer meetings, and technical presentations as needed.

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in OEM account management or technical sales, preferably in electric motors or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of electric motor technologies (AC, DC, BLDC, servo, etc.) and their OEM applications.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and navigate multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Willingness to travel.
