Linn began her recruiting career in Sweden under the guidance of her parents at their Stockholm-based recruiting firm. While earning her M.B.A. from Tulane University, she noticed an underserved market in the U.S. for specialized equipment recruiters and founded Bemana. As Bemana’s CEO, Linn’s mission is building a people-centered company with a singular focus of finding the best possible match between companies and people.
As a former Tulane and Swedish National Team golfer, Linn enjoys golfing with her friends, family, and clients and spending time with her children Oliver, Henrik, and Emilia.
Keely leads Bemana’s recruiting efforts in the Power Generation industry and manages a team of recruiters across all of Bemana’s practice areas. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University. For Keely, the most rewarding aspect of her job is improving the lives of candidates and team members in the advancement of their careers.
When she’s not in the office, Keely enjoys spending time outdoors, hanging out with her friends and family, and refurbishing antique furniture.
Emily leads Bemana’s recruiting efforts in the Electric Motor, Pump, & Apparatus and Cranes, Hoists, & Rigging industries. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Louisiana State University and a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University.

When she’s not in the office, Emily enjoys trying new local restaurants and traveling (as long as she doesn’t have to fly there).
Madison specializes in the recruitment of engineering, technical, and managerial talent across all of Bemana’s practice areas. She regularly consults Bemana’s clients on best hiring practices to ensure they are providing a great candidate experience.
She received her B.S. in Management and MBA from the University of New Orleans. She enjoys advocating for so many great candidates and being able to partake in life-changing opportunities. In her spare time, Madison enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Joe leads Bemana’s business development and growth initiatives in addition to working with key clients in solving their most critical recruiting needs. Joe received his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans, where he also played baseball. Before joining Bemana, he practiced law for five years representing energy and industrial companies throughout the U.S.
In his free time, Joe enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his wife and three kids, Oliver, Henrik, and Emilia.
Marcelle is passionate about helping individuals find the right career path in the power generation and manufacturing industries. She earned her BS in Early Childhood Education from Louisiana State University and worked as a kindergarten teacher for five years before transitioning into recruiting. With her experience in education and her natural ability to connect with people, Marcelle has become a highly effective recruiter who helps candidates find positions that match their skills and interests.
Marcelle is an avid reader, loves to explore new places through travel, and enjoys attending LSU football games with her husband, Rory.
Alex is a highly motivated recruiter who has a passion for connecting with managers and highly skilled individuals in the industrial and manufacturing sectors seeking to advance their careers. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration as well as an MBA from the University of New Orleans, working in both hospitality and SaaS sales roles before transitioning to being a recruiter. Her extensive experience in the sales and hospitality industries has honed her ability to build strong relationships and identify the unique wants and needs of candidates, connecting them with rewarding career opportunities. With a natural talent for communication and a genuine interest in people, she is highly skilled at navigating the job market to find the perfect match for both candidates and employers.
In her free time, Alex enjoys traveling, puzzles, trying new restaurants and spending time with her friends and family.
While earning a degree at LSU in Human Resource Management, Emily learned full-cycle recruiting assisting Bemana’s recruiters with sourcing, screening, and submitting talent to Bemana’s clients. Now, Emily recruits across all of Bemana’s practice areas helping candidates advance in their careers.
