Linn began her recruiting career in Sweden under the guidance of her parents at their Stockholm-based recruiting firm. While earning her M.B.A. from Tulane University, she noticed an underserved market in the U.S. for specialized equipment recruiters and founded Bemana. As Bemana’s CEO, Linn’s mission is building a people-centered company with a singular focus of finding the best possible match between companies and people.
As a former Tulane and Swedish National Team golfer, Linn enjoys golfing with her friends, family, and clients and spending time with her children Oliver, Henrik, and Emilia.
Keely leads Bemana’s recruiting efforts in the Power Generation industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University. For Keely, the most rewarding aspect of her job is serving as an instrument to improve the lives of candidates in the advancement of their careers.
When she’s not in the office, Keely enjoys spending time outdoors, hanging out with her friends and family, and refurbishing antique furniture.
Emily joined the Bemana team as an intern and now leads Bemana’s recruiting efforts in the Industrial and Electric Motor, Pump, & Apparatus industries. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Louisiana State University and a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University.
Emily prides herself on being able to connect personally with clients and candidates alike. Here’s what one candidate had to say about her: “Working with Emily Merkel was a real pleasure. When she’s not in the office, Emily enjoys trying new local restaurants and traveling (as long as she doesn’t have to fly there).
Rebeckah leads Bemana’s recruiting efforts in the HVAC and Electrical industries. She holds a Master’s of Architecture from Tulane University. Before recruiting, Rebeckah gained experience in architecture, real estate development, and construction. She has become an industry expert and truly understands the technical skills needed to successfully match a candidate to the right hiring company.
In her free time, Rebeckah enjoys cooking, renovating houses, and serving as the acting CEO of her precious son.
Madison joined Bemana as an intern and now leads Bemana’s marketing efforts in addition to assisting with Bemana’s recruiting efforts across all of its practice areas. Madison received her B.S. in Management and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of New Orleans. She enjoys advocating for so many great candidates and being able to partake in life-changing opportunities. Here’s what one of her candidates said: “Madison was extremely helpful and ensured she was looking out for my best interest. Always kept me informed and engaged with the hiring company.”
In her spare time, Madison enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Joe leads Bemana’s business development and growth initiatives in addition to working with key clients in solving their most critical recruiting needs. Joe received his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans, where he also played baseball. Before joining Bemana, he practiced law for five years representing companies in various legal matters. One Manager had this to say about working with Joe: “He took the time to talk to me and get to know me. I can’t say enough about how hard he worked just to help me.”
In his free time, Joe enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his wife and three kids, Oliver, Henrik, and Emilia.
