So, what exactly do we do here? Below are a few more details about the day-to-day work life of a Bemana Recruiter.

Typical duties

Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
Strategize with hiring organizations on their most hard-to-fill job openings and collaborate with managers to draft job descriptions.
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Screen candidates via phone and video, assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Use discretion in submitting qualified candidates to employers.
Schedule interviews and prepare candidates and employers for successful interviews.
Collaborate with the client hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Develop client leads and conduct sales calls, as needed.

What we need from you

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Bachelor’s degree.
