Bemana seeking a driven and client-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the switchgear and transformer manufacturing industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; follow up on leads and existing opportunities to ensure continuous engagement
  • Sales Growth & Opportunity Development: Proactively communicate with clients to understand future needs, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and position our products as the best solutions
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and other internal teams to ensure assigned accounts and projects are executed on time and exceed customer expectations
  • Sales Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project progress. Submit weekly work plans outlining priorities and objectives
  • Flexibility & Responsiveness: Provide timely responses to client inquiries and adapt to evolving project timelines and customer needs

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of building relationships and driving revenue
  • Proactive, organized, and a go-getter personality
  • Exceptional customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable discussing electrical equipment, transformers, low/medium voltage switchgear, switchboards, or industrial products (technical expertise not required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple accounts
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
