Bemana is searching for a Senior Pump Field Service Technician in the Allison Park, PA area.
Our client is a national leader in pump systems, maintenance, and repair services for commercial, industrial, and municipal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, align, and commission new pump systems at customer sites.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled service for centrifugal, submersible, and positive displacement pumps.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues; perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Maintain detailed service logs, maintenance reports, and customer communications.

• Lead complex field projects and provide mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices.

   

  Qualifications

• 10+ years of field service experience with water and wastewater pump systems.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pump hydraulics, components, and alignment.

• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

• Skilled in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment for mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications (Hydraulic Institute or equivalent) preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces).
