Bemana is searching for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join the team of a well- established lumber company in Lake Panasoffkee, FL. This full-time role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Hourly rates are $26-32/hour depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to minimize downtime.
- Analyze issues and interpret technical documentation to execute effective repairs.
- Inspect, operate, and test equipment to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lock-out/Tag-out protocols and company policies.
- Complete assigned work orders promptly, maintaining accurate logs and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Equivalent education, training, or experience will also be considered.
- Preferred skills:
- Mechanical knowledge
- Welding experience
- Strong electrical background
- PLC Experience
