Bemana is helping hire for a “Market Specific OEM” Sales Manager for a global leader in specialized electric motor solutions for small and large complex electric motor applications.
The Market-Specific OEM Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding strategic relationships with OEM customers in a defined market segment. This individual will be tasked with identifying opportunities, developing customized solutions, and ensuring the successful integration of our electric motor technologies into OEM applications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales of brand motors to other equipment manufacturers that incorporate these motors into their equipment
- Prepare competitive quotes and proposals consistent with winning trends in the marketplace.
- Prepare weekly call reports and dashboards to track and forecast opportunities.

Identify, target, and develop relationships with OEMs within the designated market segment.

Drive sales growth through direct engagement, solution selling, and consultative approaches.

Understand customer application requirements and coordinate with engineering to deliver tailored motor solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and technical presentations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing to meet customer expectations.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning.

Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events as a brand ambassador.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM system records.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the electric motor or motion control industry.

Proven success working with OEM accounts in a market-specific capacity.

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong organizational abilities.
