We are seeking a Production Planner for a leading manufacturing company in Waxahachie, TX. In this key role, you’ll own scheduling and inventory planning for EPS and gel production, manage tooling and materials, and serve as the central link between production, supply chain, logistics, and sales. Reporting directly to plant leadership, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations efficient, support customer demand, and ensure on-time delivery.

What You’ll Do:

Create and manage production schedules for EPS and gel manufacturing, ensuring on-time, efficient output.

Oversee tooling and materials inventory, including setup, changeovers, and availability for all machines.

Coordinate with supply chain to order materials, forecast needs, and balance demand with available capacity.

Act as the central liaison between production, quality, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to keep operations aligned.

Support continuous improvement by spending time on the production floor, monitoring KPIs, and driving process solutions.
Requirements:

3+ years experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tooling, and machine setup/changeovers

ERP system experience required; SAP experience strongly preferred (Epicor/NetSuite also relevant)

Ability to work hands-on, learn processes, and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available at this time)
