Bemana is seeking a Field Services Project Manager in theMinneapolis area with technical industry expertise to support project coordination, installation, and commissioning of electrical power distribution equipment at customer sites. This role will bridge internal project teams and field operations to ensure seamless execution, accurate documentation, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site visits to verify that equipment installation and commissioning align with sales documentation and the defined scope of work.

Confirm that customer site conditions are compatible with equipment design and project requirements.

Engage with customers to validate field equipment status and collect accurate details for Field Services.

Participate in project review and documentation processes for factory inspections, quality assurance, and testing (internal and customer-facing).

Support the PMO team by facilitating the efficient transfer of technical and scheduling information to customers and contractors.

Coordinate the delivery and documentation of projects to end-user sites.

Provide the Field Service Team with up-to-date status reports and timeline data to ensure proper coordination and commissioning.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related roles.

In-depth knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment is required.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Comfortable traveling to customer sites as needed (estimated at less than 35%).
