Bemana is searching for a Pump Outside Sales Representative in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Our client is a is a leading provider of pump systems and on-site maintenance and repair services for customers in the commercial, industrial, and municipal market sectors.
Position Offers
- $90-110k base salary + uncapped commission.(If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions)
- $750/ mo vehicle allowance, fuel card, company phone, and laptop
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(K) & Roth: 100% company match on the first 3%, plus 0.5 match on the 4th and 5th%.
- Paid Time Off: Start with 3 weeks, with the potential to accrue up to 5 weeks per year.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the commercial and industrial Sales Markets
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers, providing ongoing sales support and handling service issues
- Prospect on local businesses and new construction projects
- Follow up on incoming sales leads
- Business-to-business cold calling
- Proactively establish positive working relationships with entire team; demonstrate “excellence” through positive behavior, flexibility, and effective communication skills
- Recommend products and services to existing and potential customers
- Develop a firm knowledge of the product and services
- Assist in the training, coaching, and development of others as needed
- Ensure company policies, safety policies, and work processes are followed and in compliance
- Build strong networks/connections with buyers and be willing to go the extra mile on the marketing front
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of Commercial and Industrial Sales experience serving the building and construction trades
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong hands-on leadership experience with a proven sales track record
- Fundamental understanding of pricing, forecasting, cost management, and other financial tools used to drive a successful profit center
- Excellent networking capabilities
- Strong connections with potential buyers in the area
