Bemana is searching for a Regional Sales Manager to lead an electrical equipment manufacturer and energy solution provider company.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales and servicing of outside accounts and distributors for new and existing relationships in their sales market. This is an outside sales position that requires an aggressive self-starter with the ability to take charge of and grow a large geographic territory.

The Regional Sales Manager is an associate-mid level sales position who serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of client accounts in North America with responsibility for retention and growth. Ensure clients derive maximum value from our products and services. Prepare implementation plans and lead client on-boarding, present content strategy and annual plan. Work closely with clients to identify needs including product approvals and consult on best practices for solutions and setup.


  • Provide direct contact with clients and distributors.
  • Construct and deliver sales process and strategy that focuses on achieving goals and objectives of the client.
  • Consistently manage and achieve sales quota.
  • Lead generation, client calls, and social media outreach to develop new business prospects.
  • Increase sales volume within existing business through account penetration and secures new business through new clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention through consistent, productive account calls.
  • Be responsible for up selling programs, services, and value-added products into current customer base.
  • Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of company’s mission and values.
  • Stay abreast of and learns about all new technical applications, products, programs, and services available to customers in the territory and for applying or utilizing them whenever appropriate or timely.
  • Align the overall corporate solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing and presenting.
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline.
  • This individual will report to the Sales VP of LV motor group.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Candidate must have exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Candidate will have a high level of integrity, driven and a strong commitment to building a successful company.
  • Candidate will need to have a fearlessness attitude – willing to interact with new contacts daily.
  • Candidate needs to have a hunter mentality, driven, and money motivated.
  • Candidate will need to have a dynamic personality; one who is open to constantly learning & understanding and building relationships within.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in outside industrial product sales is a plus.
  • Ability and experience selling to top decision maker and manager levels within an organization.
  • Effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets.
  • Attentive to required forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
  • Demonstrated record of customer success and strong work ethic.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license and proof of acceptable automobile coverage for personal vehicle.
