Bemana is searching for a Sales Manager to join the team of a leading metal manufacturing company committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, while delivering top-notch metal products to their customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assisting with growth of existing accounts, and working in the best interest of the company to foster supplier relationships at multiple levels within multiple customer’s organization.

Position Offers:

  • Generous base + uncapped commission, OTE ~$300k/year. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Promotes and helps facilitate new business opportunities within customer accounts.
  • Responsible for driving all marketing and sales activities in meeting the yearly sales budget set forth by leadership.
  • Coordinates with internal support staff such as Project Managers, Engineers, Quality, Estimating and Plant Operations.
  • Works closely with customers to build strong relationships that promote new innovative solutions incorporating and customizing the sales strategy.
  • Provides technical training and presentations to customers and communicates feedback internally for future product development ideas.
  • Support the Project Teams for your keys customer accounts to discuss new business opportunities and share market information.
  • Champions and drives completion of requests to meet customers on-time delivery expectations.

Requirements / Qualifications Overview:

  • Minimum BS in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in sales and/or marketing preferably associated with heavy industrial and automotive markets.
  • Proven experience in heavy industrial/automotive/metal fab industry and business development within the same.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently while being courteous, clear, and dealing with the Company’s customer base in a professional manner
  • Team player, Self-motivated and driven performer.
  • Forecasting and budgeting experience.
