Bemana is searching for a Senior Pump Field Service Technician in the Allison Park, PA area.

Key Responsibilities

Install, align, and commission new pump systems at customer sites.

Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled service for centrifugal, submersible, and positive displacement pumps.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues; perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Maintain detailed service logs, maintenance reports, and customer communications.

Lead complex field projects and provide mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices.
Qualifications

10+ years of field service experience with water and wastewater pump systems.

Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pump hydraulics, components, and alignment.

Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Skilled in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment for mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.

Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications (Hydraulic Institute or equivalent) preferred.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces).
