Bemana is searching for a Lead Electric Motor Mechanic to step into the role at a fast growing rotary equipment sales and service company.

Responsibilities:
- Repair, install, and troubleshoot pump and motor systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and productivity
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with rotating equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong communication skills
- Electrical control panel knowledge is a plus
