We are recruiting a Vice President of Industrial Storage to spearhead expansion into the Dallas market. In this pivotal senior leadership role, you will define the strategic roadmap for our regional portfolio, overseeing everything from business development to asset management. The successful executive will oversee operational excellence, maximize asset value, and cement our reputation for best-in-class service delivery in Texas.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for industrial storage operations across Texas.
- Identify market opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and new developments.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of industrial storage facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Own full P&L responsibility for the Texas industrial storage portfolio. Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners.
- Provide mentorship and recruit, develop, and lead high-performing regional teams.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in industrial storage, logistics, warehousing, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering strong financial results.
- Deep understanding of the Texas industrial and logistics market.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with capital projects, acquisitions, and integration is highly desirable.
