Bemana is helping hire for a VP of Sales for a global leader in specialized electric motor solutions for small and large complex electric motor applications.
While deep knowledge of electric motors is a plus, it’s not a requirement. We’re looking for a proven sales leader with a strong industrial background who excels at building and managing high-performing teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire sales organization, including inside sales, outside sales, applications engineering, and marketing teams.

Develop and implement national sales strategies focused on growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Manage and support a network of manufacturer’s representatives across diverse U.S. territories.

Build, mentor, and scale a performance-driven sales team as the business grows.

Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and executive leadership to align product offerings with market demands.

Identify new revenue opportunities and support key account development in target markets.

Own forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking across all sales channels.
Work Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or VP-level role.

Strong leadership background building and scaling sales teams in technical, OEM-driven markets.

Electric motor experience is a strong plus, but not required if from a similar technical or industrial background.

Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and team-building abilities.

Familiar with managing manufacturer’s reps and multi-channel sales models.

Willingness to travel frequently,
