Linn launched her recruiting career in Sweden, learning the ropes from her parents at their Stockholm-based firm. During her M.B.A. studies at Tulane University, she identified a gap in the U.S. market for specialized skilled trades recruiters and founded Bemana. As CEO of Bemana, Linn is dedicated to creating a people-focused company with the goal of achieving the perfect alignment between companies and candidates in the power, data center, manufacturing, and equipment sectors.
An accomplished golfer, Linn competed for both Tulane and the Swedish National Team. She enjoys hitting the links with friends, family, and clients, and cherishes time spent with her children, Oliver, Henrik, and Emilia.
Keely leads Bemana’s recruiting initiatives within the Power Generation and Data Center sectors. She specializes in sourcing top-tier talent for mission-critical environments and high-level management roles. She earned her Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University. For Keely, the most fulfilling part of her role is enhancing the careers of both candidates and team members.
Outside of work, Keely loves spending time outdoors, socializing with friends and family, and refurbishing antique furniture.
Madison specializes in recruiting engineering, technical, and managerial talent across Bemana’s Power Generation, Electrical, and HVAC practice areas, which often leads to RPO and project-based recruiting for mission critical assignments across North America. She provides clients with expert advice on best hiring practices to ensure a top-notch candidate experience.
Madison holds a B.S. in Management and an MBA from the University of New Orleans and is SHRM-certified. She finds great satisfaction in advocating for exceptional candidates and facilitating life-changing career opportunities. Joe leads Bemana’s business development and growth strategies, partnering with key clients to navigate complex recruiting challenges within the Data Center and Mission Critical sectors. He takes a consultative approach to every partnership, prioritizing deep listening to customize Bemana’s services and terms to align with each client’s specific business goals.
He earned his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans, where he also played baseball. Prior to joining Bemana, Joe spent five years practicing law, representing energy and industrial companies across the U.S.
In his free time, Joe enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his wife and three children: Oliver, Henrik, and Emilia.
Alex is an experienced recruiter specializing in industrial manufacturing, energy/utilities, and mission-critical data center roles. With a passion for connecting managers and skilled professionals with career advancement opportunities, she has become a trusted partner to companies seeking top talent in these critical sectors.
Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration and an MBA from the University of New Orleans. Before transitioning to recruitment, she built a strong foundation in hospitality and SaaS sales, honing her ability to foster meaningful relationships and understand the unique needs of candidates and employers alike. Her natural communication skills and genuine interest in people enable her to navigate the complexities of the job market with precision, ensuring ideal matches for both parties.
